They actually said I would have been accepted if I had applied for an Other Ranks position and not an officer. I should have put rifleman as a second preference!! I'll try again next year anyway.

Well, I failed getting into the RAAF for next year. "Try again when you have more leadership experience"
I'm certain its because I'm not an NCO in the Air Force Cadets yet. But that will change by the beginning of next year. Then I'll apply again :( |

I'm trying for the 'Gap Year' thing, which is an Officer apparently, do a bridging course in Maths and science at the same time and then apply for pilot the next year, so I'd already have done all the basic officer training and have a little RAAF expierience that they'd want. That's my plan anyway... Secpol would be pretty cool though, playing with the nice attack dogs |
