K - I just watched you boss battles intense run for SSBB - and I got a hint that might save you some time if you do it again:

When the crazy/master hand does the attack where they hold themselves above the stage then punch straight downward (sometimes they slap striaght down, too) you can dodge the attack in mid air w/o having to press any buttons! (ie - you can jump THROUGH the attack - it only affects the ground!). If you can time it just right, I bet you could trim some time off by rocksmashing them while they're in mid-air and then again when they recovering on the ground.
