Primairaly, this channel shows a personal selection of pipering and other good folk and world music from around the world. Secondly, I collect videos on musical instrument making, especially those concerning pipes and flutes. I also like strange music animations. This channel also includes videos of folk band Pekel. My name is Theo, 52 years of age, I am an instrumentmaker and I play Dutch bagpipes and percussion in the band Pekel. This band has existed since the late eighties but the band members have been friends since the early seventies. We perform mainly in the Netherlands at castle fairs, festivals and medieval banquettes but also travelled extensively abroad to Canada, Lithuania, Portugal, Hungary, Britain, France and neighbouring countries.
