well, i paint minne gold, but you can paint red, green, pink, yellow or gold depending on what company (group) your ultramarine army is in, theres more detail on this in the back of the "how to paint space marines" book found at games workshop

thanks! i always love having the company of a 40k fan! well, what i yse is the paint ultramarines blue, but i also have a ultramarines blue color primer which helps a lot. if your talking about the brighter shade of blue around the edges of the armor with a mixture of ultramarines blue and skull white. gosh, sorry for leaving such a long comment!
