Read the info in Columbus Dispatch and it tells where Brown DID NOT pay his unemployment taxes until after the State of Ohio Dept. of Taxation sued him and then he paid it just before he was to go to court! It says this in the Dispatch's web page!

That "Scandal" ad saying Sherrod Brown didn't pay his unemployment tax is just plain wrong! I just read on cleveland.com that he has proof he payed the tax in 1994, when Dewine was the Lt. Governor, but the Republican Ohio government didn't remove the lien until last year. He didn't do anything wrong! Your ad is slanderous! You should remove it immediately!
