Implying that "your liberties" are infringed upon because you can't infringe upon the public rights of others is a very disingenuous argument. However, any public event that is financed by the taxpayers should not do to "establish or promote a particular religion."

I, as a taxpayer, shouldn't have to pay for your "Jesus Prayer." But, rather, will stand up for mine and everyone else's rights when I say I WILL pay for a prayer said in respect to me, AS WELL AS every other taxpaying American-citizen.
