the song, Torn, is a perfect illustration of what happens when the familial and sexual morals of a soceity are attacked by a generation of peace-loveniks who believe that authority is evil. they end up creating generations of young females who sex it up with guys, starting at age 13 and collecting a bag full of heartache by age 23 that would keep the average therapist buzy for a lifetime. but hey, its good for the economy, birth-control device profits have never been better! and i'm torn!
