Your complete and utter annihilation of the form on these exercises (apart from the deads) is ridiculous. I'm not trying to flame, I'm just trying to emphasize just how bad your form is. If you did them the right way, I bet you might throw up some decent weights for a 16 yo. In addition you'd see much better gains. Take it from guy who went from 155 at 12% bf on his first day of junior year (3 days before my 16th B-Day) to 185 at 8% on the last day of junior year.
