random facts to whom it may concern....the obove named was found unconcious and by admission to hospital was able to open his eyes and call 911 for help,(i was on holiday visiting my mum in malaysia),he had severe weekness to his left upper limb and left side face,although drowsey was investigated with a brain c.a.t. scan which showed multi intracearabral bleeding to the right pariento-occipital region.although treated conservativley at first his progression seriously deterioated and on a second mri scan showed signs of enlarged intracearabral bleeding...this was indication for surgical intervention and was operated on 27th march 2003.80% of the clotted bleed was removed..post oprative recovery was unaventfullwas more alert and compis mentis.but had left hand side paralsys attended regular rehabilitation physiothearapy until discharched on 7th april 2003...came back to uk spent 5 months in rutson rehabilitation unit with intensive physiothearapy...diagnosis.mul ti intracearabral bleeding./stroke
