I'm just a South Louisiana born and bred Cajun who has been blessed with good health, cooking skills, and a great job as a corporate pilot. My employment takes me to many places the world over, and I enjoy being able to SHARE with family, friends, and followers some of the destinations that we visit.  The cooking videos are the result of learning from all the great cooks in my circles, including professional chefs (like my Uncle Jimmy Smith and friend Brad Tucker), as well as my childhood TV mentor, Mr. Justin Wilson.
