Goodday Fine Scotsman,
I'm a Chinese Aussie from Hon Kong 16 years ago. While in Australia which has a strong Celtic culture I have learned some lovely Irish /Scottish songs as well as Aussie songs. I can sing Loch Lomond., Danny Boy etc and from these songs I find we've somthing in common------we both are sentimental beings. We've suffered from the same wicked bloke in history.
Our idea for food is similar ie we won't waste it. So we certainly got something similar to your famous haggis. We also got famous spiced stripes (beef guts). Next time if u goto a Chinese restaurant, try some.
If it's not on the menu,tell them a Chinese friend advise u so.
