Guzheng musician,experimentalI love all sorts of chinese and asian music.I play the guzheng.I play traditional and non traditional.I like to experiment with other musicians and make nice music.Guzheng is my life companoin and my best friend.I want to someday master this instrument and teach it.At first I was self tuaght for the first year and a half of my study then i found my teacher.He likes to be called Mr.Li.I practice for many hours each day so I can master this unique instraument.I have been playing guzheng for 1 1/2 years and have reached level 7 or 8.I still think that I have lots of room for improving and learning knew technique's.I also like to compose my own songs wich i will upload when ever I get the right equipment.I play and perform at public places and I bring my guzheng where ever I go.If my family goes shoping I bring my zheng and play outside the store.I love to tell people the history of my instrument and love to play and educate people.I also play for weddings and birthday and big parties etc....I belong to the minnesota chinese music ensemble and Gao Hongs chinese music ensemble.I want to also start my own ensemble one day.Guzheng is my mission and my dream in life.
