Dude, its crazy how you always seem to call things as they really are. Most political commentators will always attack whatever they see as damaging to there agenda, and defend and uphold anything they see as helpful to it, no matter how screwed up the situation becomes.

You seem to be immune from this and point out the realities of any given subject and I appreciate that very much.

Whenever I am talking politics with some of my liberal friends, I often find that I have to distinguish myself as a paleoconservative as opposed to a big-government neoconservative. Your commentaries on the differences between the two and differing views from the two on the same issues (e.g. The Case Against Wal-Mart, A Tale of Two Rights, Taxes and the Republican Party, Did Blowback Cause 9-11, The Truth About Terror, etc.) have strengthened my belief and understanding in the only true conservatism, paleoconservatism. I also now tell my friends both liberal and neoconservative that they are both fighting for the same thing, big government and point out the clearly liberal basis of neoconservatism to my so-called conservative friends. Thank you and keep up the good work Mr. Hunter and Deo Vindice from a fellow Southerner.
