Sometimes the sun is more active than other times which causes the earth to be cooler or warmer. Green house gas is needed to keep temperature stable instead of being too hot or too cold. CO2 follows the warming and cooling cycle with about decade of lag. CO2 is non toxic and natural compound and should not be taxed. All animals breath out CO2 and plants absorb them. Taxing CO2 emission is the beginning of the war on life. An unwinnable war based on lies just like the war on drugs and war on terror.
