Brazil I think country should not be allies with USA because they treat your country military weak and worthless. Allies with China and Russia. Build up your air force and buy Russia helicopter like Mi-24, Mi-8, Mi-28, and KA-50. Buy Russia and China fighter plane Su-27 Flanker, Su-30, and Mig-29 Fulcrum. Buy bombers and attack aircraft like Su-24, Su-25, Tu-22, Tu-95, Tu-160. Buy their powerful tanks T-80, T-90, and T-95. Buy APC BMP-1, BMP2, BMP-3, BTR-50, BTR-60, BTR-70, BTR-80, AND BTR-90 and Russia Hummevs. Venezuela have done that before when they buy Russia or China Su-30 to replace all Russia Fighter plane. Also buy Russia and China weapon like AK-74, AK-101, WITH GP-30, RPG-7, other Russia new RPG, PK Machine gun, RPK Machine gun, DSHK 1939 Anti aircraft gun. Also buy Russia air defense anti aircraft gun and Russia air defense missile like SA-3, SA-7, SA-5, SA-6, SA-8, SA-9 and other Sam missiles.

I know which USA fighter could be Russia fighter Su-37 Terminator the F-18E/F Superhornet it could probably carry 10 missiles 4 AIM-9 SIDEWINDER MISSILES, 3 AIM-7 SPARROW, AND 3 AIM-120 AMRAAM. Su-37 Terminator carry 14 missiles 7 AA-12 AND 7 AA-11.
