Jason wrote the song himself for the Allstate Teen Driving program, which is aimed at getting parents to talk to their children in an effort to reduce teen driving deaths.
At the end of the commercial that features this song, Dennis Haysbert, the spokesperson for this campaign, says "every year, nearly 6,000 teenagers go out for a drive... and never come back."

The amount of views, comments, and favorites on this has been overwhelming. I'm so glad that his has touched so many people.
A tribute to an amazing little filly who left this world far before her time....
For those of you who don't know her, Eight Belles was the lone filly in today's 134th running of the Kentucky Derby, she raced against nineteen colts and finished a fabulous second.
The victory was short lived though, as she was coming down off the race Eight Belles broke both of her front ankles. Unfortunately, the injury was too serious and she was humanely euthanized where she fell on the track.
This is a tribute for the amazing filly who ran her heart out, proving she was just as good- if not better- than the supposedly superior colts she raced against. I'm sure she's running in heaven with the other greats as we speak.
She is an inspiration who will be missed but never forgotten....
When I was watching the coverage of the race I saw Eight Belles go down in the corner of the screen as Big Brown went by. When the camera pulled away I yelled "go back go back, there's a horse down!" and when I saw that the horse was down and not getting up I knew it would never get up again. It was horrible, but when I realized it was Eight Belles, I just about burst into tears
