Can u help me to pick the best FLV in sorenson to upload inyoutube?

So, sometimes I'll put a universal timecode leader in the middle of my videos, to find exactly which single frame it will be, but this seems like more of a pain in the butt than it needs to be. I'm trying to figure out if anyone has found out a calculator of some sort to get this info. I think the problem may be with the 29.97 frames per second versus 30 thing (which causes every minute to have 3 full frames yanked out)... I'm clearly no math genius, but there has to be an easier way... Thoughts?

hi thanks a lot for the video you did on windows media encoder i followed it all though but when i click start encoding it comes a box saying:The following error occurred while setting up the source1:unspecified error(0x80004005) and it will not let me start encoding plz could u get back to me on this and keep up the great videos.

do you have any advice for flash animation compression to you tube???

i have read lots of source materials on video compression, but vector animation is not the same & alot of the trix; such as deinterlacing, don't fare well...

any suggestions would be appreciated!!!!
