Very 'final' ! The Kucinich action is useless, even harmful and insulting to the people. "In failing to stop this unelected administration, we as citizens stamp our approval on its actions." You already did this when you voted the administration. The impeachment "attempt" comes way too late. The impeachment should have been brought on in Nov./Dec. 2001 (Afghanistan!) or Febr./March 2003 (Irak!) to name but two perfect occasions... Now it only serves to restore a bit the battered image of US democracy just before Obama takes over. It even would come in handy for McCain. And maybe it is a tool to take the attention away from an uncoming attack on Iran ...?
