Is there Arena mode at Night?

Will there be an Arena in FIFA 09 PC edition? where you can practice stuff etc. And will we be able to play online with friends in same team like 11 vs 11?

does fifa 09 pc edition have a lot in common with fifa 09 xbox360/ps3, or more like the fifa 08 edition on ps3/xbox360 I can handle the best graphics, just ordered a new PC)

PES - better gameplay- not enough licensed players /teams
Fifa - better penalties - game play not good enough
