when i was younger i was abandoned but i was taken in by my grandfather. i got into many fights n eventually left at 10. i met hikaru not to long after i left n i saw her destroy the shii clan but still remained her freind. 3 years later i saw hikaru again but i was a vampire n i bite hikaru but she was immune over 3 years i learned to control myself partly but enough to keep me from biting her. eventually i got more control n got into alot more fights n almost dieing but hikaru healed me so i wouldnt die n ive been around hikaru even since.

Physical description: Hair slightly spiked, messy; sideburns and a goatee w/ some stubble; eyes rimmed with dark circles; Tall, slender build, but muscular. The skin on his back displays a strange, intricate pattern, but it grew lighter as he grew older. Usually wears a black leather jacket with a white shirt; scruffy, dirty jeans he's owned forever (torn, ripped, patched, holes, etc.); black boots or black and white sneakers.
Personality: dark and quiet, able to move quickly but barely makes a sound (good for pickpocketing); When faced with a hostage situation/someone becomes involved in his crimes, he becomes cruel and a bit psychotic, usually using fire as an intimidation tactic or torture before "putting them out of their misery" (a lighter he carries around bears his emblem, the Chimera)
History: Caleb's past was, at first, typical. He was a good child, raised by a loving family, except that he was born with Chimerism (2 DNA strands in one body). His childhood was a bit rocky after his mother was diagnosed with a terminal disease and sent to the hospital one night after a severe, painful attack. Caleb spent many days at the hospital where his mother was. Her excruciating pain, as well as the fact that her days were limited, drove Caleb's father to the edge of sanity. When Caleb was at the hospital, he came by with a note (saying that he wanted to end his wife's pain), handed it to Caleb, then fired the gun at his wife before turning it on himself. Caleb, who witnessed this at a young age (around 6 or 7), was traumatized and needed to undergo psychiatric therapy.
Living with extended family, Caleb tried to resume a normal life. As soon as Caleb turned 18, however, he left his home and ended up living in the Narrows, where thieving for a living was a must. Because of his unique medical condition, he was able to elude police from his crimes and realized that it could be used to his advantage. His crimes grew, his reputation around the Narrows heightened, and soon he was known only as Chimera.
