[Quote of the Day]
"Which is also why the game doesn't feature disembodiment. It's a game for everyone. There's supposedly enough depth in the combat/powers to experiment for the older crowd and enough action to seize the attention of the sociopathic bastard children these days."
~ Aendron (http://www.gametrailers.com/p layer/38402.html)

[An nouncements]
Website? Maybe?

[Song Requests/Tabs]
Maybe in the future, but for now, no.

[Addressed to the YouTube Staff]
I'm only writing this because it's concerning me how rapidly rare content and those who promote it are disappearing from the face of YouTube because of an aggregate lack of foresight and rationality.

As an artist myself, I'll be the first to say I'm not a fan of stealing others' money. The thing is, the very essence of YouTube is content promotion and exposure 100% driven by everyday people like you and me. And because of the underground and widely unrecognized nature of Japanese media in a Western society, there is absolutely no better medium to push this kind of entertainment into a spotlight that would otherwise be firstly, unknown, and secondly, unfeasibly accessible. This site doesn't exist to promote the deluded notion of freely distributing intellectual property, but rather to spread the existence and awareness OF.

Any and every culture and subculture, whether it's something generally British or more specifically goth or punk, is well represented on this website. That is, in part due to the massive amount of people that frequent this site who simultaneously bring their diversity with their traffic. I'd hate to see one of the richest, deepest, and most intellectual ones disappear because someone was blind enough to refuse free advertisement.

This is the U.S. copyright policy, which I've responded to in its entirety.

1. YouTube is purely nonprofit, and in terms of success, I'm an ant compared to vloggers and instructors. There's no way I could possibly be making any money from this.

2. The nature of the work? Underexposed. Very. Do you know who Motoi Sakuraba is? Tetsuya Shibata? Casiopea? Rentaro Taki? Hmm. ;)

3. All of my videos are my own renditions, remixes, and improvisations. I try to portray these songs for what they are: pure music and art- not blips and bleeps. These videos are my attempt to force great music past the mental barricades of the narrow-minded people responsible for giving "Videogame" music the very ignorance the label connotates.

4. Like I said, the majority of what I listen to is underexposed and largely unknown. Exposure is promotion, and promotion entails sales. I can testify to this through Japanese Jazz artists Casiopea and T-Square. A subscriber of mine also went out and bought Malmsteen's "Magnum Opus" CD after watching my cover of "Amberdawn".

i love how the lyrics hit you in the face out of nowhere
This song would be 123098109238147128374123 times better if Keiko didn't decide to hold the same, monotonous chord throughout, ironically enough, the song's high point, the chorus. Anyone with musical ears should be begging for some harmony.
Wait till they get popular, lol. Then the criticisms will start -pouring- in, mostly in part from the fans who were aware of VM prior to their success.
this is cool man :D
That's what's up :) Sick guitar, by the way.
