I'm an 18 year old male who doesn't like the way technology runs the world, but doesn't see any way to transport myself back into a 1940's and become a hard-boiled detective so I live in an unhappy cycle of technologically fueled boredom.

I do have a typewriter, and I wear leather shoes and jackets, and I used to have a fedora and can't wait to get one.

I wish to be a journalist who writes on a typewriter but have skills so awesome that even my editors don't care about my backward ways.
