sanjay you are the best in the world. you inspired me, i have tried most of your recipes and came our 100% good. i gave surprise dish to my wife on her birthday she couldn't believe that i cooked this food. i asked her to sit for a while and asked her what she like not to eat. she said chilly panner , i gave her a drink and asked to watch her favorite chat show. before the chat was over i had finished the dish and gave her. she shocked and hugged me and said .......now on i will have good rest.. . now i was shocked...................... :-)

chef ur the best....i was someone who hated cookin..but seein the dishes u cook an the way u cook i love cookin now...u have definitely inspired me to cook...i tried butter chicken, paneer butter masla and kung pao vegetables..all of them tasted so damn delicious ..i was shocked myself that i cooked that well..but hey all credits to u!!!!thank u soo much!!
