I like the call out clouds, but I'm a slow reader, so on the longer descriptions I wasn't able to read the whole thing before it disappeared, so you might consider leaving them up there for a little longer and I might want to consider pausing the video whenever a longer caption pops up.

Good common sense content too . . . most of the time people just need to hear someone like you explain things in that perspective in order to start thinking that way for themselves, so it's very valuable stuff. Keep it up!

I have a question for you, it is something that I have not been able to find an answer for, from a reliable source.

Does having a shared server, hurt your seo efforts? Is it better to have a dedicated server for seo?

Great advice! Start small and stay realistic.

I see people get disappointed all the time too. Great point, start with optimizing locally first.

Right now most local SEO is easy pickings. But well worth the work. The main reason is the searcher is most likely at the end of their buying cycle.

If someone is typing in a local keyword modifier after the product or service or name brand, then they are just about to "buy".

I'll take a "buying" keyword over a "browsing" keyword any day!
