I enjoy eating. Food brings a smile to my face. And once that smile is upon me, it is darned hard to remove it. Since I love eating, and by default, food, I decided to go to school so that I could learn how to make super delicious things that make me moan "mmmmmm". Yup, I said moan. That's how serious it is.

That is I. That I am. A student of the culinary arts. Or rather, the baking and pastry arts.

Oh, and I fancy myself a writer. Sometimes I write poetry. But only on the days that end in "y".
