I always had trouble with my player (sped-up audio and video despite resetting the player speed 3-4 times) and with managing my account. I could never get premium access despite being charged for the premium value, and then for the second year in a row was once more charged for the same amount without gaining access to the premium channel. But worst of all, your communication was very sporadic and vague. Please fix that up and I'll be back as a paying member.
