You can tell your story better than anyone. We’re experimenting with new and better ways to help you build the biggest and most engaged audience in the world. Submit your eligible trailer and you may have a chance to be promoted on the Google Display Network, which includes YouTube.
By uploading your trailer, you agree to these official terms (“the “Official Terms”).
Beginning 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 29, 2012 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 19, 2012 (“Submission Period”), you can enter the URL of your trailer at YouTube Paid Partner Promotion Landing Page located at www.YouTube.com/SubmitYourTrailer (“Web site”) by following the instructions to upload up to a sixty (60) second Promotional Trailer, defined below, of your channel.
Each entrant must upload a Promotional Trailer that is no longer than 60 seconds, preferably in thirty (30) second increments, and in English. A Promotional Trailer, as defined here, is a sizzle reel, teaser campaign or brief overview of the channel and may include, among other things, details of the creator's point of view, highlights of the creator's successes and/or reasons for users to subscribe or watch that channel (“the Submission”). More details and sample Promotional Trailers can be found at www.YouTube.com/SubmitYourTrailer.

If the Promotional Trailer contains any material or elements that are not owned by you, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, you are responsible for obtaining, prior to submission, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Submission in the manner set forth below. Google reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Google at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, terminate your participation in the program. By submitting a trailer, you warrant and represent that any persons or places appearing or who are identifiable in video content consent to the submission and use of the video content and to its use as otherwise set forth herein (this includes, among other things, any interview subjects, filming locations, etc.). Video content may not depict acts, which in the sole discretion of Google, are or could be illegal, or dangerous to humans or property. All content must abide by the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Submissions that do not meet the criteria set forth above, contain prohibited content, and/or are otherwise deemed by Google, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, or obscene and/or not eligible will be disqualified and will not appear in paid promotion.
