NC3 was created by an Act of Parliament in 2021 mandated to handle all cybersecurity issues in Sierra Leone. 
Our mission is to deter cybercrimes, protect critical digital infrastructure, develop national capabilities, empower the citizenry for a healthy digital way of life and strengthen cyber cooperation to support a robust digital economy.
