Migrants with Migraines

Are you a migrant or come from a migrant family and are in need of mental health resources but can't find any? Look no further and tune in! We call ourselves the Migrants with Migraines. Here, we will not only share diverse resources for mental health, but also personal stories (with consent) about migrants’ experience with mental health, while living in one of the most diverse countries in the world: The United States of America.

We are a group of immigrant youth from New Jersey that advocates for de-stigmatizing mental health in immigrant households. We created this podcast/channel to raise awareness about the issues that affect the mental health of immigrants including stigma around mental health in our communities and other issues that we deal with at home and outside. What we have in common is that we are all immigrants or from immigrant families, and that we are passionate about the topic.
