30th Virginia Sharpshooter Battalion

The 30th Virginia Sharpshooter Battalion is a Civil War competitive shooting team in the North-South Skirmish Association (N-SSA). We commemorate and preserve all Civil War history through live firing of Civil War era arms and artillery to honor the soldiers and civilians of both sides of the war. 

Our unit is a part of the Central Virginia (CV) Region located in the Winchester, Virginia area. The CV Region is one of 13 regions in the N-SSA. We are actively recruiting looking for like minded folks that enjoy history, shooting, and comradery.
