GenX ADHD

ADHD help for Gen X. Short videos. One problem, one fix.

We grew up before anyone was looking for ADHD. We got "try harder" and "not living up to your potential," and we figured out the rest ourselves. This channel is the manual nobody handed us.

I'm a real person talking to a camera. I lose my train of thought sometimes. My videos are mostly unedited. Because whatever. If you are looking for posh ADHD content, go find a Millennial channel.

I'm Elizabeth Hadzic, LCPC. I'm a licensed counselor, an ADHD specialist, and a Gen Xer who got her own diagnosis as an adult.

What you'll find here:
- Short videos with one tool each and plain steps you can set up the same day
- No pep talks and no ten-tip lists
- Each series takes on one everyday struggle.
