Yoga focuses on mindfulness, breath, posture and has many benefits for your mental and physical health.  This is a great complement to lifting or any sport you do by enhancing flexibility, strengthening core, and supporting muscles, improving balance and coordination, and promoting mental focus and stress reduction. It can help prevent injuries, improve athletic performance, and aid in recovery. (modifications will be offered to make this accessible to all body types and ages).

Meditation offerings: iRest stands for Integrative Restoration, which is a modern-day version of the ancient guided meditation practice of yoga nidra. Like other forms of treatment and healing, iRest works directly by changing the sensory, cognitive, and emotional symptoms related to PTSD.
