Arnold 'Vitamina' Baldé

Capoeira Connects. Train To Play.
I'm Arnold, Vitamina in capoeira. capoeirista for 25 years,; I went from burn-out to FEELING ALIVE through capoeira, movement, play, and connection. Here I share two things:

1. MOVE — Train with me. Follow-along capoeira sessions, street capoeira moments and tutorials to get your body alive again. No experience needed.

2. DIARY OF AN ARTIST — My personal journey. Stories, reflections, guests, and poems about reconnecting with yourself, your body, and your joy.

This channel is for people who are ready to FEEL ALIVE again.
