Health/Fitness. Lifestyle. Christianity.

I have been an online fitness coach for 7 years. I coach people how to put on muscle and lose weight. I have coached hundreds of me from all over globe. My goal with this channel is to help you understand how to get in the best shape of your life, how to grow with God, and also how to live a life that is sustainable.

Just like you I am a sinner chasing after God's heart on a daily basis. Praying that this channel blesses you and that you may learn something new!
