I believe in Creating Positive Change by Healing and Rebuilding Sacred Places Within Our Own Mind, Bodies & Spirits! Healing is an act of expression. It's you deciding that TODAY I choose ME! I choose to live and be free! Make a conscious decision to recognize your trauma, accept it for what it is, forgive those who contributed, forgive yourself for allowing it and/or blaming yourself, and peel back those layers of pain, grief, shame, defeat, etc. and choose something else that pours life back into those broken places. I too have been broken and have fought my way back to wholeness by reclaiming my BOSS MAGIC! I have found ways to express my healing through books, art and music.
