Breika Rena

Hey, I’m Breika Rena — and this is a safe space for anyone living with ADHD, chronic illness, and real-life chaos.

I’m managing ADHD, HS (hidradenitis suppurativa), Still’s disease, anxiety, and trying to stay focused on my weight loss journey — all while navigating work, routines, relationships, and showing up for myself.

This channel is about:
	•	Cleaning when you’re overwhelmed
	•	Resetting your life (for real)
	•	Finding structure with a scattered mind
	•	Wellness with chronic illness
	•	And learning how to give yourself grace

If you’ve ever felt behind, overloaded, or like no one gets how heavy it all feels…
You’re not alone.

💛 Real progress. Real mess. Real life.
