Welcome all to Calm in the Chaos: the BPD experience

This channel is here to provide a platform for both those how live with Boarderline Personality Disorder and their family and friends insight, understanding about the Disorder. Looking at causes, effects on both the suffer and those around them. Talking coping techniques as well as other things people have found helps combat the destructive and distrustful side of the Disorder.

I would like to have podcast with both suffers and clinical professionals to discuss the growing clinical understanding of BDP as well the person experiences and struggles with BPD.

We will look at topics such as: 
Symptoms: physically and psychologically.
Behaviours: patterns, out bursts, intrusive thoughts, pushing people to limits.
Meds: pros/cons
therapies: CBT, Exposure. 

I have been a suffer of BPD for years. With help, we can all be better.
