BIO: Originally a Hatha-Flow Yoga and Meditation teacher, Claire moved into Functional and Adaptive Yoga studying Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Musculoskeletal Anatomy and Mindfulness Meditation. She specialises in the therapeutic application of these practices for stress relief and ease of movement. Through her own experience with burn-out and fast-paced living, her aim is to help others balance physical and mental overwhelm with the healing benefits of a gentle, functional yoga practice.
