Colworth Amateur Dramatic Society

Colworth Amateur Dramatic Society (CADS) is based in a field in the northern tip of Bedfordshire. 

It was born in 2016 on the back of a conversation over whiskey at a Christmas party the previous year. We began by writing pantomimes full of in-jokes for work colleagues. However, 2020's developments deprived us of our Christmas panto and forced us to become a little more creative. 

Since then we've kept the panto going, but have continued to diversify into other things. The shows that we put on raise money for charity, provide entertainment for colleagues, and keep us out of mischief. Many people have been involved over the years… on stage and off stage in a wide variety of roles, and many friendships formed as a result.
