I am exercising my right to document everything I can observe in public spaces. Free speech is a cornerstone of American democracy. While I respect privacy concerns, it undermines the protections provided by the Bill of Rights to expect others to sacrifice their autonomy for comfort.

The purpose of my cartoonish persona is to encourage conversations about the balance between privacy and liberty. My objective is to create a harmless, non-confrontational atmosphere that minimizes any intimidation my presence might cause. I mean no offense and have no intention of being disorderly or obstructing anyone. I have zero desire to disturb the peace, harass, or interfere.

I am protesting the increasingly intrusive surveillance measures that threaten our civil liberties. Flock cameras and fusion centers fundamentally violate the principles established by our Founding Fathers to protect our individual freedoms.
