Gillis Coaching — HVAC Training

Welcome! I’m Don Gillis, founder of Gillis Coach Consulting, with over 33 years of experience in the HVACR industry, including more than 25 years in the field and extensive experience training technicians across North America.

My goal is simple: **Share practical HVACR knowledge, help technicians become more confident in their skills, and make quality technical training available to everyone—completely FREE!**

On this channel, you’ll find educational videos covering HVACR fundamentals, troubleshooting, electrical systems, refrigerants, compressors, Heat pumps, A2L refrigerants, and much more.

I’m also proud to offer **HVACR training videos in Spanish**, helping make technical education accessible to even more technicians.

Whether you’re just starting your HVACR career or have been in the trade for decades, there’s always something new to learn.

Have a topic you’d like me to cover? I’d love to hear your suggestions!
