Sofia Tsourlaki is a university lecturer in Islamic Studies and Philosophy of Religion. Her doctoral research focuses on contemporary Islam, with particular attention to modern religious discourses and practices. She has published peer-reviewed research and has presented her work at numerous international academic conferences on Islam and Muslim communities.
