Eat, Breathe & Pray Journal

**Updated Instructions: The new format for the Journal for August is in book form. To get the order of the pages in the right layout you will need to print pages, Range from 2-2015, then print pages 1, 216 & 217 separately.** 

The new format is undated and based on the day numbers  (Day 213-243) rather than the calendar month (August) inline with the print versions of the journals that we are hoping to make available for 2026. This is being done so that the Journals can be used in any calendar year, or started at any time throughout the year.

The Eat Breathe & Pray Journal is for those who want to prioritise their day around spending time in God's word and in His presence, and to keep a record of their prayer focus each day. The journal and videos work together to enhance your experience of the Word of God, to help you delve deeper into the scriptures and make them a part of your everyday life.
