My wife and I have joined forces to teach the masses how to find discipline in your physical fitness and how it parallels with our walk in faith. 

I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Specialist in Sports Nutrition, Transformation Specialist, and Online Coach. My wife has been through her own amazing transformation and has spent 8+ years studying and practicing psychology & coaching others in life skills, faith based mindset shifts, and finding true healing through Jesus Christ our Lord.
