Hot Flashes of Hope

This is a channel dedicated to women 50ish  to discuss issues related to growing older with facts and a sense of humor. Some of these topics will be health & wellness, finances, reinvention, relationships and so much more. I hope to inspire women to make the days count, not count the days. Song writer James Taylor said it best in the song Secrete O' Life, "Nobody knows how we got tot the top of the hill, but since we're on our way down, we might as well enjoy the ride." My approach is through presenting the facts and having a good laugh, while supporting each other.
