Huff 'n Puff to Buff 'n Tough

Hey guys! I'm Katie and some of you know me from my social media pages Huff 'n Puff to Buff 'n Tough. I lost 150 lbs after a series of health scares which included going temporarily blind in one eye and other neurological symptoms.

I am a chronically ill unicorn that’s talks openly about my struggles with chronic illness, mental illness and my fitness and weight loss journey.

"When you refuse to hide your scars they become a lighthouse for someone else."

"Believe that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Believe that you might be that light for someone else."
