KristinMarieRest

Welcome. I’m Kristin, a somatic coach.

Here you’ll find guided somatic practices and visualizations that help your body soften, your nervous system settle, and your mind let go. Some are for falling asleep. Some are for the middle of a hard day. All of them are meant to be listened to lying down, with your eyes closed, with nothing to do and nowhere to be.

Inside each practice, we release what’s heavy, balance what you’re feeling, clear what isn’t yours to carry, and then gently open to what you’re calling in. Relax first. Receiving follows.

Please listen somewhere safe, never while driving or operating anything. These practices are for rest and relaxation and aren’t a replacement for medical or mental health care.

Subscribe if you’d like to come back. Tell me in the comments what you’re ready to release or receive. I read them.
