I’m Marion Rose, PhD, and in this podcast, I share about the philosophy, practices, and embodiment of Aware Parenting by Aletha Solter, PhD.

Aware Parenting is an attachment-based and trauma-informed approach to parenting without punishments or rewards. It questions many assumptions about parenting. Practicing Aware Parenting often brings more presence, family harmony, connection, cooperation, nonviolence, and sleep.

I'm a Level two Aware Parenting instructor and the regional coordinator for Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia. I've been an Aware Parenting instructor since 2005 and have been practicing Aware Parenting since 2002.
