With 15+ years in real estate & land development, alongside the President, Jade's leadership and coaching skills blossomed. She contributed to the extraordinary growth of a local builder, overseeing its expansion from 5 to 50 employees.

Returning to her passion for personal development, a journey that began 30 years ago with fitness and natural health courses and Tony Robbins' leadership training, she paved the way for her current expertise.  Now a certified Health & Life Coach through Health Coach Institute, Jade guides her clients towards clarifying their purpose, setting goals, and making transformational habit changes.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jade finds joy as a happily married wife and mother of 4 adult children. She nurtures her 100 houseplants and enjoys her beloved, spoiled dog.
