Me Being Frank

Frank Bongiovanni is an American singer-songwriter and producer creating modern progressive metal with a strong focus on emotional expression.

After years of performing with various acts across multiple genres and countries, he spent the last decade developing his sound as a solo artist. His project, *Me Being Frank*, reflects both his name and his intent: to be honest, sincere, and unfiltered—even when the truth is uncomfortable.

In a world driven by comparison and perfection, these songs embrace something different: authenticity. Written, recorded and produced independently, they are not flawless—they are human.

Exploring themes of life, love, loss, depression, sobriety, and personal growth, the music serves as a form of coping, reflection, and release.

If these songs connect with you, the hope is simple: that they offer something honest to hold onto—and perhaps a reminder that you are already enough.
